Batocarpus sp. (5.5 inch pot)
Family: Moraceae; jakfruit and mulberry family. Fruits have sweet edible pulp. Seeds are about the size of a peanut and are eaten roasted or fried. Young plants are a bit slow but growth speeds up after they are about 1 year old. Full sun to light shade. Native to tropical rain forest in South America. I doubt that this species will tolerate cool or cold temperatures.
